Although it is the magic of the Liche Priests that animates the Tomb King's army, it is by the indomitable will of the Tomb King himself that they move and fight. The god-like Ushabti, towering Necrolith Colossi and powerful Khemrian Warsphinxes were awakened, ready to be directed to war.
According to Nehekharan legend, it is said that the Desert Gods of that land were the ones responsible for teaching these early people how to read and write, thus allowing them to become the powerful empire that would one day claim much of the After Settra embarked upon his impossible quest of gaining true immortality for all time, the entire social order of Nehekhara became preoccupied with the very nature of Death and the Afterlife.

Dynasties Tomb Kings have a limitation with the number of armies that they can field at one time, and must awaken more Tomb Kings to command further armies. The Tomb Kings have a difficult start and severe limitations on the number of armies, heroes and top-tier units they can have. @ProtShaker - Tomb Kings should not cost you anything to recruit in the Vanilla game, so it must be the mod. However, protected and shielded to a degree by the wards and incantations placed upon their pyramids and necropolises, Nagash's spell affected the long-dead kings and their buried legions differently. See the bottom of this section for my thoughts on the most efficient unit building choices.At Level 40, Settra has 39 skill points to spend. Such is not the way of the Tomb Kings' soldiers; each skeleton in the numberless legions is inhabited by the soul of an ancient Nehekharan warrior.Through the magical incantations of Liche Priests, spirits of loyal soldiers are summoned from the Realm of Souls and bound within corporeal remains.
